* We welcome our new tenants Dave & Charlotte Weston from Jan 4th 2016. Dave was previously chef at the Cavendish Arms in Cartmel, and is looking forward to establishing the High Cross as a high quality destination pub & restaurant. Our letting rooms have been refurbished, and the bar is now Cumbrian themed stocking a wide range of, wherever possible, Cumbrian brewed & distilled ales, wines and spirits.

* Look out for regular events that include live music, quizzes and themed evenings.

* Make the most of some or all of the facilities for private functions, special occasions, meetings, training courses or conferences.

* Use us as a base to explore what the Lake District has to offer: amble around Ambleside, cruise on Coniston Water, explore Eskdale Valley, discover Hawkshead's history and heritage, walk in Wasdale, or wander in Windermere.
